How Does Neural Pressure Release Work?

The nervous system controls every organ of the body. The autonomic nervous system consists of two divisions – sympathetic and parasympathetic.

The sympathetic division includes all of the thoracic and first three or four lumbar nerves and the parasympathetic division includes the cranial and sacral nerves.

The spine serves as a column that supports the body and shields the spinal cord. It is an important conduit of energy and crosses over many of the energy centres of the body.

The human brain also communicates with the body via the peripheral nervous system (PNS): messages are sent to target areas (muscles, joints, etc.) via motor nerves and salient information is sent back to the brain via sensory nerves.

This energy system is responsible for making us feel vital and healthy, not just on a physical level but also on an emotional, mental and spiritual level as well. Blockages in the flow of energy can manifest as disease, pain, muscle spasms etc.

NPR assists the brain to identify where shutdown/blockages have occurred in the nervous system and using light physical stimuli, will enable the body to release the blockage.
